About Supply55

Founded in 2008 and headquartered in Ann Arbor, Michigan, Supply55, Inc. is a manufacturer and master distributor of finishing and converting equipment for the wide format, grand format, and apparel decoration industries. We serve sign shops, screen printers, graphic arts studios, exhibit and display houses, home décor producers, corporate identity printers, automotive restylers, and athletic apparel decorators across North America and Latin America.

We build equipment under our own name, distribute brands we’ve personally evaluated in our own facility, and stock the supplies that keep production lines running. Every product we carry has one goal: lower your operating costs and increase your output.

Our Equipment & Supplies

Supply55 started by building equipment. BannerPRO hemming and welding machines and ReelPRO V2 unattended take-up systems came first, followed by the Guardian series of wide format laminators and calenders. We also manufacture UV adhesion promoters, convert Prime Sublimation transfer papers, and produce custom swatch books and color cards for film manufacturers and distributors worldwide.

The brands we distribute were chosen for how they perform under real production conditions. NEPATA slitters, rewinders, and converting equipment are engineered in Germany for high-volume roll media operations. KalaXY automatic XY cutters are built for continuous sign and display finishing. ExpressCutPRO flatbed DTF cutters by Saga are designed for production DTF floors. Caldera PrimeCenter handles prepress and nesting for wide format workflows. BOFA fume extraction systems protect operators in dye sublimation, direct to film, and other printing environments.

Hands-On Before You Buy

Before you commit to a piece of equipment, you should see it run on your own media and your own files. Our Ann Arbor Technology Center is set up for exactly that. Bring your materials and we’ll run it through the machine. You see real production output under your conditions. Virtual demos are also available for customers who can’t make the trip to Michigan.

Support After the Sale

Every call reaches someone with direct product knowledge. No email queues, no support tickets, no waiting on a response. We keep spare parts on the shelf so your equipment keeps running. When something goes wrong in production, the last thing you need is a week-long lead time on a part.
