Continuous Roll-to-Roll Heat Transfer Production from InnoPrinter and Supply55
The InnoPrinter system pairs a semi-automatic industrial roll-to-roll heat press with a high-speed roll slitter, a combined solution that sets it apart from conventional clamshell, swivel, swing away, pneumatic, single/dual shuttle, or flat heat presses. InnoPrinter is a European manufacturer with over twenty-five (25) years of experience building continuous roll-format industrial heat transfer systems, engineered to eliminate the most labor-intensive stages of transfer production by removing manual cutting and sorting from the heat application process.
InnoPrinter systems are fully compatible with direct-to-film (DTF), sublimation, heat transfer vinyl (HTV), screen printed transfers, and HP Indigo transfers, making InnoPrinter a versatile solution for a wide range of production environments. By keeping transfers in a continuous roll format from slitting through pressing, InnoPrinter reduces manual handling and increases production efficiency, enabling manufacturers and decorators to raise throughput, improve consistency, and lower operating costs. Whether producing promotional products, labels, or specialty goods, InnoPrinter delivers faster and more profitable workflows.
Accelerate your production with an MK range semi-automatic industrial roll-to-roll heat press and an InnoPrinter high-speed roll slitter, resulting in faster press times and accurate pressure and placement on every cycle, from the first garment to the last.

Accelerate Transfer Production
InnoPrinter Continuous Roll-to-Roll Workflow
Direct-to-film production is only as fast as its slowest stage, and printing is rarely the bottleneck. The time is lost afterward, when transfers are cut by hand, separated, sorted by job, positioned one at a time, and pressed on a conventional flat press. InnoPrinter rebuilds that back half of the workflow as a continuous roll process: printed DTF roll, high-speed slitting, organized transfer rolls or strips, fast MK continuous roll heat press application, finished product. The result is less manual handling, fewer positioning errors, and a production line that scales with your volume instead of your labor.
Consistent Heat, Pressure, and Positioning at Roll-to-Roll Speed
Every press holds the same heat, pressure, and dwell time, cycle after cycle. The transfer media stays loaded and positioned inside the machine. The operator places the garment on the worktable and taps the foot pedal, and the semi-automatic cycle does the rest. Placement does not drift from the first garment to the last, so a faster line never costs you consistency.
Built-In Laser Alignment
A built-in laser alignment system and pneumatic media clamp let operators hit repeatable placement fast, even on small or detailed transfers like neck labels and care labels. The larger MK3 and MK4 are not limited to full-garment graphics. For small placements such as left chest, sleeve, or labels, a reduced-size base plate or magnetic silicone pads raise the garment to the correct height, so a single MK3 or MK4 handles both oversized prints and small detailed work.
High-Speed Roll-to-Roll Transfer Slitting
The InnoPrinter roll slitter is the front half of the continuous roll workflow. It converts wide printed transfer rolls into narrow, production-ready rolls sized to your garments and layouts, processing printed film at up to 40 feet per minute, far faster than cutting transfers by hand, and feeds directly into MK press application for continuous roll-to-roll output. Tool-free width adjustment speeds job changes. The slitter is available in 24" (60cm) and 36" (90cm) models, both equipped with pneumatic cutting blades that retract automatically when stopped for operator safety. Standard (non-pneumatic) blades are available as a downgrade option on either model if preferred.
Custom Configurations & Bespoke Solutions
The MK range is the starting point, not the limit. When your production has a requirement the standard machines don't cover, InnoPrinter and Supply55 engineer the configuration around it: automated conveyor feeding, custom platen sizes and shapes, inline slitting, multi-station layouts, and integration with your existing finishing line. The automated conveyor shoe insole printer shown here is one example, a purpose-built system that presses insoles continuously roll-to-roll without an operator loading each piece by hand.
Fast and Consistent Roll-to-Roll Production Across Every Application
From neck labels to back prints, the InnoPrinter system presses faster without giving up the pressure or placement accuracy your work depends on, all from the same continuous roll-to-roll workflow.
