Automate Your Heat Transfer Production with InnoPrinter Semi-Automatic Heat Presses and DTF Slitters

Supply55 is the exclusive North American distributor for InnoPrinter, a manufacturer with over 25 years of experience building continuous roll-format heat transfer systems. InnoPrinter machines are engineered to remove the slowest steps in transfer production: the manual cutting, sorting, and one-at-a-time pressing that happens after your design is printed. By combining a high-speed DTF roll slitter with the InnoPrinter MK range of semi-automatic heat presses, your shop can move from a printed roll to a finished, decorated product faster, with consistent placement on every cycle.

Every InnoPrinter machine supplied by Supply55 is built for North American power. These are native 60Hz units running on standard North American voltage, with no step-transformer required, stocked and supported here in the United States.

From Printed Roll to Finished Product

The InnoPrinter Workflow

Direct to Film production is only as fast as its slowest stage. Printing is rarely the bottleneck. The time is lost afterward, when transfers are cut by hand, separated, sorted by job, positioned one at a time, and pressed on a conventional flat press. InnoPrinter rebuilds that back half of the workflow: printed DTF roll, high-speed slitting, organized transfer rolls or strips, fast MK heat press application, finished product. The result is less manual handling, fewer positioning errors, and a production line that scales with your volume instead of your labor.

Consistent Heat, Pressure, and Positioning

Reliable application depends on holding pressure, position, and heat steady across every cycle. The transfer media stays loaded and accurately positioned inside the machine. The operator simply places the garment on the worktable and activates the press with a foot pedal. That semi-automatic cycle delivers consistent heat, pressure, and dwell time on every press, with placement that does not drift from the first garment to the last.

Built-In Optical Alignment

An optical alignment system, pneumatic media clamp, and optional laser guides let operators hit repeatable placement quickly, even on small or detailed transfers like neck labels and care labels.

High Speed DTF / Transfer Roll Slitting

The InnoPrinter roll slitter converts wide printed transfer rolls into narrow, production-ready rolls sized to your garments and layouts. It processes printed film at up to 12 meters per minute, far faster than cutting transfers by hand, and feeds directly into MK press application for continuous output. Tool-free width adjustment speeds job changes, and the pneumatic cutting blades retract automatically when stopped for operator safety. Available in 60cm and 90cm master roll widths.

Built and Supported for North America

Many industrial heat presses reach North American shops as gray-market imports wired for European power, leaving the buyer to source a step-transformer and chase support overseas. InnoPrinter machines from Supply55 are different. They are supplied as native North American units (60Hz, standard North American voltage, no step-transformer required), and they are stocked, installed, and supported by the Supply55 team that already backs your finishing equipment. InnoPrinter presses are pneumatic and require a shop compressed air supply (approximately 87 psi / 6 bar, 8mm push-fit).
