The CT25 cuts a continuous web to a preset length or to printed marks and separates sheets after double-sided lamination, standalone or inline with your laminator or printer. The mini roll-to-sheet cutter runs the same programs on narrow webs and small formats and holds cutting accuracy to 0.008". The 1900 slits master rolls up to 75" wide onto pneumatic 3" core shafts, and the PH275 presses two jobs at once at a programmed force and time from one operator panel.

Roll-to-Sheet Cutting / Encapsulated Sheet Separation
CT25 AUTOMATIC GUILLOTINE CUTTER
The CT25 is an automatic guillotine cutter that cuts roll-fed material into sheets, to a preset length or to printed marks. It cuts a continuous web into sheets, separates sheets after double-sided lamination, and with the optional web buffer runs inline with a laminator or printer. Built to order in web widths up to 40".
A dancer system stabilizes web tension. The cutting unit is servo-driven and synchronized with material transport. An anti-static bar helps the cut sheets stack smoothly. Mode and parameters are set on a Mitsubishi touch screen.
- Cutting programs: preset length, printed mark, before or after a mark, between double lines, or marked area removed.
- Unwind: fixed shaft with mechanical brake; expanding shaft with electromagnetic brake optional.
- Inline operation: optional web buffer compensates for speed differences between machines and keeps the web feeding steadily to the cutter.
Compact Roll-to-Sheet Cutting
AUTOMATIC MINI ROLL-TO-SHEET CUTTER
The mini roll-to-sheet cutter is the compact sheeter for narrow webs and small formats: labels, tickets, cards, tags, and short-run roll stock. Each one is built to the customer's specification. Predefined programs cut to a specified length or to printed markers, with settings for cuts before, after, or between double markers, or complete marker removal, and ZFP holds cutting accuracy to 0.008".
Pull rollers feed the web to the knife, and a delivery table with adjustable air blow settles each sheet as it lands. Speed, web tension, and core settings are set from a large touchscreen.

75" Master Roll Slitting and Rewinding
1900 DUPLEX SLITTER REWINDER
The 1900 is a duplex slitter rewinder with a high-capacity unwind station, built for slitting and rewinding paper, cardboard, and film up to 75" wide. Duplex rewinding puts alternate slit lanes on two separate rewind stations, so adjacent rolls do not rub and each roll comes off with a clean, straight edge. Shear knife slitting handles paper, board, and film, and an electromagnetic brake on the unwind holds tension from a full master roll down to the core. It is built for paper merchants, film converters, and print shops that buy wide master rolls and slit their own production widths.
- Slitting: shear knife slitting system, four knife sets included.
- Shafts and chucks: pneumatic expanding shafts for 3" cores, and three sets of quick-lock chucks, one for the unwind and two for the rewind stations.
- Tension control: electromagnetic brake on the unwind station, electromagnetic clutches on the rewind stations.
Bookbinding
PH275 HYDRAULIC DUAL-PLATEN BOOKBINDING PRESS
The PH275 is a compact dual-platen hydraulic press for professional bookbinding. Two independent pressing units handle books, book blocks, albums, covers, bookbinding board, and stacks of sheets, and both run from a single operator panel, so you press two jobs at the same time on one machine.
Each unit has its own working platen, raised hydraulically from below. Set the pressing force and pressing time; once the preset force is reached, the hydraulics hold it within ±440 lbf for the programmed cycle. At the end of the cycle the platen stays raised until the operator presses LOWER once. No holding the button down, and no platen movement on its own after the cycle.
- Control: programmable pressing force and pressing time, automatic maintenance of the preset force, platen lowering initiated by the operator with a single press of a button.
- Safety: safety interlocks on all movable guards, and limit switches monitoring each hydraulic cylinder.
