THE BEAST by Secabo combines a revolutionary patented membrane heating system with a heated base plate delivering unsurpassed performance. Made in Germany, The TS7 SMART™ Swing Away Heat Press is manufactured using high quality, precision components resulting in precise accurate transfers even with the most challenging applications.

Central to the Secabo TS7 Smart™ Heat Press is the modular design, allowing the operator to use a combination of components; membrane top platen, ridged top platen, and a thermobase for the most demanding applications including white toner. The combined product “THE BEAST”, heats up quickly, provides up to a 40% energy savings, protects delicate garments and solves common transfer problems including transfer across collars, buttons, zippers and white toner. State-of-the-art garment finishing

The Secabo TS7 SMART Swing Away Heat Press improves workflow, operator productivity and the quality of the transferred image raising the bar for garment finishing. Featuring a large 16” x 20” working area, a pneumatic membrane top platen, heated base plate and a maximum transfer height 2.75” THE BEAST delivers quality, performance, and repeatability to the transfer process.

Additionally, the TS7 SMART can be managed at the press control panel or from the optional Secabo SMART Transfer App™ featuring the most extensive database of transfer parameters available in the market. The operator simply selects the type of fabric and the desired transfer medium and the app automatically retrieves the appropriate temperature, time and pressure settings from the database. Operators also have the option of saving custom workflow settings for other applications, fabric, and film.
