55-MK-CAPS

The InnoPrinter MK-CAPS Roll-to-Roll Semi-Automatic Curved Heat Press is the cap-specialist model in the InnoPrinter MK range, built for fast, accurate transfer application onto baseball caps and other curved textile products. Its 3.9" x 3.1" (100 x 80mm) curved pressing surface is engineered to match the shape of structured and unstructured caps, making it easy to apply logos, badges, and personalized graphics with excellent consistency and finish quality, while still retaining the flexibility to decorate smaller flat items when you need it. It delivers all of this through the continuous roll-to-roll workflow that sets InnoPrinter apart from conventional clamshell, swing-away, and shuttle presses.

Where traditional presses force operators to cut, sort, and hand-position every transfer, the MK-CAPS keeps your media loaded in roll format and presses it with consistent heat, pressure, and placement on every cycle. Engineered and made in Spain by InnoPrinter, a manufacturer with over twenty-five years of experience building industrial roll-format heat transfer systems, the MK-CAPS is fully compatible with direct-to-film (DTF), sublimation, heat transfer vinyl (HTV), screen printed transfers, and HP Indigo transfers. It is available exclusively in North America through Supply55, Inc.

Purpose-Built for Cap Decoration

When your work calls for caps, the MK-CAPS is the model built for it. Its curved platen is engineered to match the shape of structured and unstructured caps, so logos, badges, and personalized graphics sit cleanly on the curve instead of fighting a flat plate. The ergonomic curved work area also improves visibility and positioning when working with caps and shaped items, giving you a press that is tuned specifically for cap decoration without giving up roll-to-roll speed.

Compact and Versatile Operation

Despite its specialist cap-focused design, the MK-CAPS can also be used for a variety of smaller flat textile applications, offering excellent flexibility within compact production environments. The same press that handles your caps still steps over to small flat work like labels, sleeve prints, and small front graphics, giving you cap capability and small-format flexibility in a single machine.

Consistent Heat, Pressure, and Placement at Roll-to-Roll Speed

The semi-automatic, foot-pedal cycle lets a single operator load the cap, tap the pedal, and let the machine hold the same temperature, pressure, and dwell time run after run. The transfer media stays loaded and positioned inside the press, so placement does not drift from the first cap to the last. At up to 860 prints per hour, the MK-CAPS turns a faster line into a more consistent one.

Built-In Alignment for Repeatable Placement

A built-in optical alignment system, paired with optional laser guides, lets operators hit accurate, repeatable placement quickly, which matters on curved cap fronts where a small amount of drift is highly visible. The result is fewer rejects, less rework, and clean, centered placement on every press.

Efficient, Low-Noise Operation

A compact platen size and efficient internal heating system provide fast heat recovery and highly stable temperatures while keeping overall power consumption extremely low, with the MK-CAPS running on standard 220/230V single-phase power at just 350W peak. At a quiet 44 dB, the MK-CAPS brings cap-decoration capability to a busy production environment without the noise.

Complete the Workflow with the InnoSlitter

The MK-CAPS is the press half of a continuous roll-to-roll workflow. Pair it with the InnoSlitter to convert wide printed DTF rolls into narrow, production-ready rolls sized to your cap graphics and layouts at up to 40 feet per minute, far faster than cutting transfers by hand. The slitter feeds directly into MK-CAPS press application, so your transfers stay in roll format from slitting through pressing. Available in 24" (60cm) and 36" (90cm) models with tool-free width adjustment and pneumatic blades that retract automatically when stopped. Together, the InnoSlitter and MK-CAPS rebuild the labor-intensive back half of transfer production as a fast, continuous roll process.
