With a 15.7" x 11.8" (400 x 300mm) pressing area, the MK4 presses full back prints, oversized front graphics, tote bags, and large panels in a single hit, and with a reduced base plate or magnetic silicone pads the same machine drops down to handle small detailed work too. It delivers all of this through the continuous roll-to-roll workflow that sets InnoPrinter apart from conventional clamshell, swing-away, and shuttle presses.

Built for Oversized Graphics and Big-Format Work

When your work calls for full back prints, oversized front graphics, totes, or large panels, the MK4 is the model built for it. Its 15.7" x 11.8" platen is the largest in the MK range, so big graphics press in a single cycle instead of being split or repositioned. And because the MK4 accepts a reduced-size base plate or magnetic silicone pads, the same press still handles left-chest logos, sleeve prints, and labels when you need them, giving you the largest pressing area in the line without losing small-format flexibility.

Consistent Heat, Pressure, and Placement at Roll-to-Roll Speed

The semi-automatic, foot-pedal cycle lets a single operator load the garment, tap the pedal, and let the machine hold the same temperature, pressure, and dwell time run after run. The transfer media stays loaded and positioned inside the press, so placement does not drift from the first garment to the last. At up to 720 prints per hour, the MK4 turns a faster line into a more consistent one, even on the largest graphics.

Built-In Laser Alignment for Repeatable Placement

A built-in laser alignment system paired with a pneumatic media clamp lets operators hit accurate, repeatable placement quickly, which matters even more on oversized graphics where a small amount of drift is highly visible across a large print. The result is fewer rejects, less rework, and clean, centered placement on every press.

Efficient, Low-Noise Operation

Low-energy heating elements hold stable temperatures across the large platen, with the MK4 running on standard 220V single-phase power at 1.4kW peak. At a quiet 44 dB and with skin detection safety controls, the MK4 brings big-format capability to a busy production environment without big-format noise.
