The InnoPrinter InnoSlitter is a high-speed roll-to-roll transfer slitter that converts wide printed DTF rolls into narrow, production-ready rolls sized to your garments and layouts, far faster than cutting transfers by hand. It is the front half of the continuous InnoPrinter workflow: print, slit, then press. Available in two working widths, the RC60 (24" / 60cm) and the RC90 (36" / 90cm), the InnoSlitter feeds directly into MK press application so your transfers stay in roll format from slitting through pressing.
Direct-to-film production is only as fast as its slowest stage, and printing is rarely the bottleneck. The time is lost afterward, when transfers are cut, separated, and sorted by hand. The InnoSlitter rebuilds the front of that workflow as a fast, continuous roll process, processing printed film at up to 40 feet per minute and organizing it into rolls or strips ready to press. Engineered and made in Spain by InnoPrinter and available exclusively in North America through Supply55, Inc.
RC60 and RC90: Two Widths, One Workflow
Both InnoSlitter models share the same high-speed slitting performance, tool-free width adjustment, and safety-focused pneumatic cutting system. The only difference is working width. The RC60 handles printed rolls up to 24" (60cm) wide, a strong fit for shops running standard-width DTF film. The RC90 handles rolls up to 36" (90cm) wide for operations running wider film or higher volume. Both feed the same continuous roll-to-roll workflow into any InnoPrinter MK press.
High-Speed Slitting at Up to 40 Feet Per Minute
The InnoSlitter processes printed transfer film at up to 40 feet per minute, converting a wide printed roll into multiple narrow production rolls in a fraction of the time hand-cutting would take. Tool-free width adjustment means fast job changes, so you can resize between runs without stopping to swap tooling.
Pneumatic Blades with Automatic Safety Retraction
Both the RC60 and RC90 come equipped with pneumatic cutting blades that retract automatically when the machine is stopped, keeping the cutting edges covered whenever the slitter is not actively running. Standard (non-pneumatic) blades are available as a downgrade option on either model if preferred.

Pair the InnoSlitter with an InnoPrinter MK Press
The InnoSlitter is the slitting half of a complete roll-to-roll transfer workflow. Pair it with an InnoPrinter MK roll-to-roll heat press to keep your transfers in continuous roll format from slitting all the way through pressing. The MK range spans the small-format MK1 for labels and sleeve logos, the mid-size MK2, the most popular MK3 for large garment graphics, the oversized MK4, and the curved MK-CAPS for hats. Whichever press fits your work, the InnoSlitter feeds it directly, rebuilding the labor-intensive back half of transfer production as a fast, continuous roll process.
