ZFP L330 PB Double-Sided Sheet-Fed Laminator
HIGH-SPEED DOUBLE-SIDED B1 LAMINATION IN A SINGLE PASS
The ZFP L330 PB is the high-speed double-sided B1 machine in the ZFP line, a complete laminating line of feeder, laminator, separator, and automatic stacker that runs pallet to pallet as standard. Two independent laminating stations finish both faces of the sheet in a single pass at up to 197 feet per minute, each station built on a large-diameter cylinder carrying six tons of laminating pressure, with servo-driven feed heads synchronized with the front lays. ZFP has more than two decades of industrial lamination experience, and every machine is designed, machined, and assembled in-house at its factory in Poland.
The L330 PB laminates offset and digital print with gloss, matte, and soft-touch OPP thermal films on stocks from 115 to 600 gsm, and runs single-sided jobs on the same line, with the decurl bar working in single-sided mode. The line is modular for operator access and maintenance, and the laminator and stacker each carry their own touchscreen panel. An optional foiling rewinder adds digital foiling on the same machine.
The L330 PB is sold and supported in the United States and Canada by Supply55, Inc. Machines, wear parts, installation, operator training, and service are all handled by Supply55.
HOW THE L330 PB RUNS
Load the pallet and set the film; the line feeds, laminates both faces, separates, and stacks back onto the pallet.
Two Laminating Stations, One Pass
The L330 PB runs the sheet through two independent laminating stations in one continuous line, finishing the top and bottom faces in a single pass. Each station laminates on a large-diameter cylinder with six tons of pressure, so both faces see the same heat and pressure at full line speed.
- Double-sided jobs run in one pass, with no second run and no flipping stacks between them.
- The same line runs single-sided work, with the decurl bar working in single-sided mode.
Servo-Driven Feeding Built for the Speed
The feed heads are servo driven and synchronized with the front lays, holding the sheet in a stable position before alignment, with side lays available as an option and overlap accuracy within ±0.08" at full line speed.
- The feeder head lifts sheets with four suction points.
- Pallet feeding is standard, and finished work stacks back onto a pallet at the exit.
Electric Heat, Independent Perforation for Each Web
The laminating cylinders are fitted with electromagnetic brakes and heated by electric band heaters under precise control across a 158 to 284 F operating range, with roller pressure adjusted pneumatically. Sheet separation runs through laminate perforation, independent for each film web, combined with an asymmetrically closing roller system that returns the stream to single sheets at full production speed.
A Complete Line, Pallet to Pallet as Standard
The L330 PB ships as one line: feeder, laminator, separator, and automatic stacker, running pallet to pallet as standard rather than as an add-on. The laminator and the stacker each run on their own touchscreen panel, and the modular design keeps working components accessible for operation and maintenance. The full line runs 320.9 inches, about 26.7 feet, and weighs 6,614 pounds.
Digital Foiling
With the optional foiling rewinder, the L330 PB applies digital foil over toner in the same pass architecture it uses for lamination. Print the areas to be foiled, then run the sheet with foil in place of laminating film.
Standalone Operation
Touchscreen control and fully standalone operation: no network integration or external data exchange is required to run the machine. Industry 4.0 connectivity is available as an option for shops that want it.
