ZFP L330 ST Automatic Sheet-Fed Laminator
HIGH-SPEED B1 LAMINATION, PALLET TO PALLET AS STANDARD
The ZFP L330 ST is the high-speed B1 machine in the ZFP line, a complete laminating line of feeder, laminator, separator, and automatic stacker that runs pallet to pallet as standard. It laminates and separates sheets up to 29.9" x 41.3" at up to 197 feet per minute, with servo-driven feed heads synchronized with the front lays, a large-diameter cylinder, and six tons of pressure at the laminating rollers. ZFP has more than two decades of industrial lamination experience, and every machine is designed, machined, and assembled in-house at its factory in Poland.
The L330 ST laminates offset and digital print with gloss, matte, and soft-touch OPP thermal films on stocks from 115 to 600 gsm. The line is modular for operator access and maintenance, and the laminator and stacker each carry their own touchscreen panel. An optional foiling rewinder adds digital foiling on the same machine.
The L330 ST is sold and supported in the United States and Canada by Supply55, Inc. Machines, wear parts, installation, operator training, and service are all handled by Supply55.
HOW THE L330 ST RUNS
Load the pallet and set the film; the line feeds, laminates, separates, and stacks back onto the pallet.
A Complete Line, Pallet to Pallet as Standard
The L330 ST ships as one line: feeder, laminator, separator, and automatic stacker, running pallet to pallet as standard rather than as an add-on. The pallet lowers to floor level for loading, and finished B1 work stacks back onto a pallet at the exit ready for the next operation.

Servo-Driven Feeding Built for the Speed
The feed heads are servo driven and synchronized with the front lays, holding the sheet in a stable position before alignment, with side lays available as an option and overlap accuracy within ±0.08" at full line speed.

- An adjustable decurl bar holds sheet flatness through lamination.
Large Cylinder, Six Tons of Pressure
Lamination runs on a large-diameter chrome-plated steel cylinder fitted with an electromagnetic brake and heated by electric band heaters under precise control across a 158 to 284 F operating range. The laminating rollers apply six tons of pressure, adjusted pneumatically, and the large cylinder diameter is matched to the line speed so the film sees consistent heat and pressure at 197 feet per minute.
Perforator Separation
Sheet separation runs through a laminate perforator combined with an asymmetrically closing roller system, returning the laminated stream to single sheets at full production speed. The perforator wheel adjusts by remote control.
Digital Foiling
With the optional foiling rewinder, the L330 ST applies digital foil over toner in the same pass architecture it uses for lamination. Print the areas to be foiled, then run the sheet with foil in place of laminating film.
Standalone Operation
Touchscreen control and fully standalone operation: no network integration or external data exchange is required to run the machine. Industry 4.0 connectivity is available as an option for shops that want it.

OPTIONS FOR THE L330 ST
Foiling rewinder - Adds digital foiling, so the machine applies metallic foil over toner as well as laminating film.
Lower rewinder - Supports lamination of thin sheets.
Pneumatic expanding film shaft - Speeds up film roll changes and holds the roll true at speed.
Side lays - Adds side registration alongside the standard front lays.
Side knife - Trims film at the sheet edge in line.
Water cooling module - Adds water cooling to the line.
Deionising bar and nozzle - Controls static on digital stock before it reaches the nip.
Industry 4.0 connectivity - Optional network integration for shops that want it; as standard the machine runs fully standalone with no network or external data exchange required.
