ZFP L300 ST Automatic Sheet-Fed Laminator
COMPACT B1 LAMINATION FOR OFFSET & DIGITAL PRINT
The ZFP L300 ST is the compact B1 machine in the ZFP line, a complete production line for single-sided thermal lamination of B1 sheets. It laminates and separates sheets up to 29.9" x 41.3" in one continuous process at up to 115 feet per minute, with an oil-filled heating cylinder and a drop feeder whose table lowers to floor level as standard. ZFP has more than two decades of industrial lamination experience, and every machine is designed, machined, and assembled in-house at its factory in Poland.
The L300 ST laminates offset and digital print with gloss, matte, and soft-touch OPP thermal films on stocks from 115 to 600 gsm, with a 90 gsm option for light stock. An optional pallet feeding system and an independently controlled automatic stacker set the line up for pallet-to-pallet operation on B1 offset runs, and an optional foiling rewinder adds digital foiling on the same machine. The full line measures 87.4 inches long by 56.3 inches wide.
The L300 ST is sold and supported in the United States and Canada by Supply55, Inc. Machines, wear parts, installation, operator training, and service are all handled by Supply55.
HOW THE L300 ST RUNS
Load the feed table and set the film; the machine feeds, laminates, separates, and stacks.
B1 Lamination and Separation in One Process
Sheets overlap on the cylinder and come off as a continuous laminated stream, and the bursting separator returns the stream to single sheets at full production speed. At up to 115 feet per minute, laminated B1 work stacks at the exit ready for cutting, folding, or packing, with no hand separation.
- Sheets feed with accuracy within ±0.08", and an adjustable decurl bar flattens them after lamination.
- Microprocessor control with an integrated touchscreen sets and holds the process parameters for the run.
Oil-Filled Heating for Long Runs
The L300 ST laminates on a chrome-plated steel cylinder with oil-filled heating. The oil carries heat across the full roller face and holds it there, so the film sees an even temperature edge to edge across a B1 sheet. Roller pressure adjusts pneumatically from the control panel.
- Operating range is 158 to 284 F, covering gloss, matte, and soft-touch thermal films.
- Temperature stays stable through long runs and back-to-back jobs instead of chasing setpoint.
Floor-Level Feeding, Pallet to Pallet as an Option
The drop feeder's table lowers to floor level as standard, so B1 lifts load without raising stock overhead. For longer runs, an optional pallet feeding system brings sheets in from the pallet, and the independently controlled automatic stacker at the machine exit runs on its own control panel with accessories for moving palletized material, completing the pallet-to-pallet configuration for B1 offset work.
Digital Foiling
With the optional foiling rewinder, the L300 ST applies digital foil over toner in the same pass architecture it uses for lamination. Print the areas to be foiled, then run the sheet with foil in place of laminating film.
Standalone Operation
Touchscreen control and fully standalone operation: no network integration or external data exchange is required to run the machine. Industry 4.0 connectivity is available as an option for shops that want it.

Pallet feeding system - Feeds long runs from the pallet instead of hand-loaded lifts.
Independently controlled automatic stacker - Stacks finished B1 sheets at the machine exit on its own control panel, with accessories for moving palletized material.
B1 jogger / sheet shaker - Squares the stack as sheets come off the machine exit.
Side knife - Trims film at the sheet edge in line.
Foiling rewinder - Adds digital foiling, so the machine applies metallic foil over toner as well as laminating film.
