ZFP L310 LS Landscape Sheet-Fed Laminator
B2 LAMINATION ALIGNED WITH THE PRINT DIRECTION
The ZFP L310 LS is the landscape machine on the B2 platform in the ZFP line, an automatic laminating line with a 29.1" x 29.5" working area that takes B2 sheets long edge first. Feeding crosswise lets the machine laminate in line with the printing direction whatever way the job was imposed, and the landscape width also takes square formats up to 29.1" x 29.1". ZFP has more than two decades of industrial lamination experience, and every machine is designed, machined, and assembled in-house at its factory in Poland.
The L310 LS laminates digital and offset print with gloss, matte, and soft-touch OPP thermal films at up to 115 feet per minute, on stocks from 115 to 400 gsm with a 90 gsm option for light stock. Running the sheet in line with the printing direction matters most on maximum-coverage work and sheets protected with dispersion varnish, where it keeps lamination smooth and sheet separation reliable. The pallet feeder with floor-level table comes standard, an optional automatic stacker completes pallet-to-pallet operation, and an optional foiling rewinder adds digital foiling on the same machine.
The L310 LS is sold and supported in the United States and Canada by Supply55, Inc. Machines, wear parts, installation, operator training, and service are all handled by Supply55.
HOW THE L310 LS RUNS
Load the pallet and set the film; the machine feeds, laminates, separates, and stacks.
Built Around the Print Direction
The working area is 29.1" x 29.5", so a B2 sheet feeds long edge first and laminates in line with the printing direction whichever way the job was imposed. That alignment is what keeps lamination smooth and separation reliable on sheets with maximum print coverage or dispersion varnish.
- Jobs imposed with different grain directions run on one machine without re-imposing.
- Long-edge feeding sends the shorter dimension through the nip, so B2 jobs clear the machine faster.
Lamination and Separation in One Process
Sheets overlap on the cylinder and come off as a continuous laminated stream, and the bursting separator returns the stream to single sheets at full production speed. At up to 115 feet per minute, laminated work stacks at the exit ready for cutting, folding, or packing.
- An adjustable decurl bar flattens sheets after lamination, so they go straight into cutting and folding.
- Microprocessor control with an integrated touchscreen sets and holds the process parameters for the run.
Pallet Feeding Comes Standard
On the L310 LS, pallet feeding is standard equipment with a table that lowers to floor level, so stock loads without raising lifts overhead. Sheets feed with overlap accuracy within ±0.08", and the wide feed path handles the long-edge-first orientation the machine is built around.
- Add the optional automatic stacker and the line runs pallet to pallet on long jobs.
- Oil-filled heating on the chrome-plated cylinder holds temperature evenly across the full roller face, with pressure adjusted pneumatically.
Digital Foiling
With the optional foiling rewinder, the L310 LS applies digital foil over toner in the same pass architecture it uses for lamination. Print the areas to be foiled, then run the sheet with foil in place of laminating film.
Standalone Operation
Touchscreen control with remote diagnostic and software support, and fully standalone operation: no network integration or external data exchange is required to run the machine. Industry 4.0 connectivity is available as an option for shops that want it.

Extended feeder - Extends the feed for longer-sheet work.
Jogger or automatic stacker - Squares or stacks finished sheets at the machine exit; the automatic stacker completes pallet-to-pallet operation with the standard pallet feeder.
Foiling rewinder - Adds digital foiling, so the machine applies metallic foil over toner as well as laminating film.
Pneumatic expanding film shaft - Speeds up film roll changes and holds the roll true at speed.
Deionising bar and nozzle - Controls static on digital stock before it reaches the nip.
90 gsm light-stock option - Extends the substrate range below the standard 115 gsm minimum.
Industry 4.0 connectivity - Optional network integration for shops that want it; as standard the machine runs fully standalone with no network or external data exchange required.
